So I just changed two different tires. I switched out a rear sand tire with a regular tire on one of my bikes, and on the other I replaced the tube in the front tire, however I keep running into the same exact problem on both tires with the bead not seating correctly when I reinflate.

I watched two different how to videos, and both of them the bead seats right up. Heres what I know I'm doing right.
-They are the correct size tire
-The tube is not twisted
- The rim lock (on rear tire) is not locked
-the valve is not tightened
-I've got the tire lubed up good

For some reason, no matter how many times or different ways I try, the bead never seats correctly when I go to inflate it. On one side the bead line is still slightly tucked into the rim, on the other side the bead is bulging out further than it should. I've even tried prying the one side out and tucking the other in while I inflate, but no luck. I've tried about 15 times on each tire. How can I fix this?

Lots of soapy water and like 80lbs of pressure, really fast ,from a big compressor.

XXXX Hey , I just remembered another trick. Put a ratcheting ,tie down around the center of the tire before inflating, when you go to inflate snug the tie down and it will help force the sidewalls outward.

Changing Dirt Bike Tire

--Lube both tire beads with WD-40 (WD-40 is OK on dirt bikes because the rim lock will prevent the tire from spinning)
--With the tube out and only one bead on the rim - spray the inside of the tire with WD-40 (don't over do it - spray once around the tire and rub it around) - this will keep the tube from binding on the tire (slide freely) to inflate and move the tire faster.
--Insert the tube and inflate it - only enough to lift the second bead off the rim.
--Lube the tube with WD-40 to help the tire irons slip off it, to prevent from pinching the tube - then remove the valve core and let the air out.
--Now the tube will be the exact shape of the tire - install the second bead.
--Install the valve's lock nut "halfway".
--With the valve core "out" - inflate it (you might have to find an air chuck that will inflate tires without the valve core - some won't).
--Without the valve core installed, the air will rush into the tube FAST and pop the beads with force.
--Put your finger over the valve stem to prevent "all" the air from escaping and install the valve core.

these guys think your talking about a bike without a tube or a four wheeler, if you put lighter fluid around you tire and light it, you will burn your tube, when trying to air the tube, put a little wd-40 around the outside of the tire, where it will be touching your rim, make sure you do not have your bead lock tightened yet, this will allow your bead to set, trust me it works.

theres not really any tricks to it they are a pain... if its lube up really well try alittle air and a bounce or try holding it down with the other side push down and hold it so that one side comes out before the good side... maybe take it to a tire shop..... they are one of the hardest tires to change in my book and thats one my jobs tire guy... some times air it up above the right presure and let it out over and over again is the only way... sorry dude thats about all you can do just keep trying what are you lubing with try walking around the tire with hands or feet make sure all side are about the same ad air when you see one side start not to raise thats when you bounce it on the side thats not moving... ive aired up a few took a long time
