When someone is nice to someone when they don't have to be or the other person doesn't deserve it. When someone is considerate of other's feelings and makes a point to make others comfortable.

Singing and playin guitar on open mic night at the local pub and seeing a beautiful woman with her head slightly tilted and melting from my voice at one of the front tables but with that you just put a chill through my spine look. Sorta like what Vibe has.
