to Tru Blu.. USC fans lol... they claim Pac-10 greatness and say the SEC is average and never plays tough out of conference games.. totally unsubstantiated

BeO.. K St @ Auburn is 2 BCS conference teams and K St did beat Texas last year and are expected to continue to improve this year

actually Baylor Vs Miss St probably would be a good game.. lol two programs who equally suck playing to see who's the better of the bottom feeders.. although Hennig would throw 7 interceptions which Baylor would subsequently fumble for MSU TD's .. at least it'd be entertaining.. lmao

Marc I'm beginning to wonder if you actually believe the stuff you claim

someone other than ESPN actually believes the GT vs ND game is a "Big Game" c'mon no one on here can name 5 gauranteed starters for either team.. Charlie Weiss probably couldn't either.. might have been important last year but not this year

About the SEC not playing anyone.Who do everyone want them to play.No matter who the SEC plays they are criticized.Isn't 8 games against top teams enough in 1 year?

I like Auburn to beat KState buy 20 KState is a team that could be on the rise but I don't see them giving Auburn trouble
Georgia will win at home OK St just dosen't have the fire power too beat Ga. at home I'd say Ga. by 17
I'll pick Cal to win a close game should be a good one, I'm not a huge Angie fan plus Cal is at home
FSU will beat Clemson even though Clemson has got the better of them the last few years, Jimbo Fisher will open up that offence and I think Antoine Smith will have a breakout year. I'd say FSU by 10. I sure hope so.

Sorry, but I don't consider KSU-Auburn and OSU-Georgia to be big matchups. KSU was a whopping 7-6 last year, with their only win of significance being over Texas (the rest of their wins came over Illinois State, Florida Atlantic, Marshall, Oklahoma State, Iowa State, and Colorado). OSU was 7-6 as well, with their big wins coming over Nebraska and Alabama (the rest were Missouri State, Arkansas State, Florida Atlantic, Kansas, and Baylor). Both SEC teams should dominate inferior Big XII opponents.

Sorry, but both Georgia Tech-Notre Dame and Wake Forest-Boston College are bigger games. Tennessee-Cal is the biggest game of the weekend.

As for not playing anyone, only 14 of the SEC's 48 non-conference games are against other BCS conferences. That doesn't impress me non-conference, but then again very few teams this year play impressive non-conference schedules (Miami may be one of the exceptions this year, playing both Texas A&M and Oklahoma).

SEC is the toughest conf there is in college football. I think Florida proved that last year. Even when teams such as Alabama are having an off year they can still pull off a huge upset. SEC teams are getting stronger and may have a huge break out year.
Not to damper your question but Florida St is not an SEC team.

don't include Kansas st at auburn, your not helping your cause. that is not a big matchup.

auburn by about 30
ok st. in a close one
Tenn.
Clemson

1st, its at auburn, if it was in kasas maybe they could keep it within20 Kansas st is at best the 9th best team in the big 12, and the did beat Texas last year on senior night with colt McCoy injured. they are not that good. would Baylor vs. miss. st. be a good game? according to you yes its two bcs conf. teams.

no one in the big 12 expects them to improve

USC avoids SEC OOC games? WHAT ARE U SMOKING? USC played Auburn in '02 and '03, and Arkansas in 05' and '06 (your SEC conference runner-up[lost SEC title game], was demolished at HOME 50 -14!) Against the SEC in 5 years, SC has outscored them 167-48. Ha! USC will play any SEC school anytime. It's the SEC that won't schedule SC. The SEC is to busy pounding on D-AA schools. Next year for USC, just a little school from Ohio known as Ohio State (yeah, i know that is not saying a whole lot, but any SEC schools playing recent NC game opponents next year?)

Let's see if I can get this right:

Auburn (36 - 14)
Georgia (42 - 17)
Cal (24-21)
FSU (21-14)

And just for fun: USC 1,968 - Idaho 3 (kicker makes a miracle 85 yd field goal when time is running out as they decide, "why not? we ain't gonna score".

Who cares who you play outside of the SEC with the competition you have within it?? Its no mystery why USC avoids playing anyone in the SEC during the regular season. PAC stands for Pussy *** Conference!!
