It is sperm; but the fluid that you describe is called semen. Look it up. There is nothing wrong with you little dude! I was the same way; and everyone goes through puberty. It's seems unnatural but it's a challenging time for everyone.

it is a mixture of different liquids. some of it will protect ur semen when u do start making it from the aciditiy of a womens vagina. with out it, the sperm would die right away
