Do you know what a tootsie ROLL is? It's this chewy, sort of chocolaty, taffy-like candy. Don't really know how to describe it so well. And a tootsie POP is a lollipop (it comes in different flavors, like orange, cherry, grape, raspberry, chocolate) with a tootsie roll in the middle.

It's a hard candy lollipop filled with a chunk of chocolate flavoured chewy candy.
The famous question "How many licks does it take to get to center of a Tootsie Pop" is from a very old commercial. A young boy asks a wise old owl the question. The owl proceeds to "find out" by consuming one. He counts out loud "One, two, three....CRUNCH!" hands the boy the empty stick and says with all confidence "Three."

It's candy. It's a round ball of candy on a stick. You lick or suck on it until it's gone. If you want you can bite it after a while.

It's candy. It's a lollipop and in the center there is this chocolate part, but around the center, it's like . . . the usual lollipops.

its a round candy attached to the end of a little stick, the candy itself can come in cherry, grape, apple etc. Inside the outer candy shell there is either pink gum or chocolate in the middle.
