When I'm in a hot dress, hair done and make up, I will rarely get a male glance. Yet, when I have no make-up, hair looks like crap, am in a tee shirt and old jeans, men will approach me and flirt. Why is that?

Because you aren't trying, and are comfortable! Know why women who are taken get hit on more than their single friends? Because they aren't looking, and being themselves, and not worried about it. Don't try so hard, and you may find that you have a line of men! You are obviously naturally beautiful, so just enjoy life and wait for a great guy to come along.

Perceptions are different for everyone....especially men. I think I look heaps better with make-up on and my hair done the way I like it. While my partner thinks I am beautiful....he thinks I am even more beautiful with no make-up on and my hair messy......,I guess thats love.....lol. We are always our own worst critcic.....Maybe you just have to accept that a lot of guys like the natural look.

Maybe you are less impressed with yourself then and more natural in how you act. Maybe you are more yourself when casual. They find you approachable when you are casual, like this is a girl who just might like them. When you are all done up they may assume you will not give them the time of day or you are out of their league.

You were probably trying too hard and going overboard.
What YOU think is hot isn't necessarily what guys think is hot. Most men will take natural beauty over makeup any day!
Be comfortable in your own skin, that'll get you more attention.

Well when done up folks will assume you are out for something specific, however when you are dressed natural you will look more real, Personally I prefer a more plain less made up woman, they just look cuter and more real.

I dont know, but my husband never gets hit on when he looks his best either, then yesterday he was working on the car and his clothes were covered in grease and he got on his motorcycle and went to the auto parts store. and got hit on. and he was nasty lookin! i dunno why that is though. I only get hit on when i do myself up.
