(I am a guy in middle school in arizona) Ok so i was sitting on a bench at school and some guy told me to move, i didn't and after about 20 second s of arguing ( i did not call him anything offensesive during the argument i only said that i didn't want to move) he sat down next to me and partially on my thigh because there was very little room left on the bench. Then, he asked me if i was gay because i was sitting close to him. I replied no and said you are the one who sat on me. Then he said a few more things and elbowed me twice in the chest pretty hard. The elbows didn't hurt only because i blocked them So i was just wondering what i could sue him for.
I am probably not going to sue him but i just want to know all the things i could sue him for.

This is not a case to sue over, if there is a problem this is more of an assault and should have been reported to the police, if there is no report, it would be difficult to sue over it. Plus if you are in middle school it would be a case that your administration should handle.

You can't sue him for anything - you are a minor.

You could have filed a police report for harrassment or assault. But nothing more.

Sue him for what? For being an a$$hole? Doesn't sound like you have any damages, so no cause to sue. You can't sue someone for being an idiot.
