In view of his great leadership and in liberating millions of people from the grasp of tyranny in Afghanistan and Iraq? It seems only fitting. Wouldn't you agree?

Damn! No room left on the mountain? Perhaps a monument like the Lincoln memorial in DC. That would be good too!

I do agree! It may happen in a few years, when history finally acknowledges the greatness of the man. No president has ever been popular in wartime, but later reaped the rewards for having been great. George Washington, Ulysses S. Grant, Lincoln, Roosevelt. The only president who never did was Lyndon Johnson (Vietnam). Thank God for that! He was a terrible president!

I think they should maybe build a George W Bush memorial urinal at Mount Rushmore. You know just a nice porcelain effigy. Maybe we could make a nice set of them for the entire national park service. That way everyone could do the same to Georgie as he did to this country and the constitution.

Bush always said people would remember him in history.......but a monument? No way. He does win worst President hands down. What's fitting might be a likeness for treads on the bottom of boots.

No, not Mount Rushmore but his likeness could replace the traditional quarter moon on outhouses. And somehow don't forget the "smirk".

No way. That is an original work of art done by a sculptor who will remain noted for it. To add a President, even if he were deserving (I don't think either Bush is, even though i voted for them) another artist adding to that work would be defacing the original.

I think a monument depicting him reading The Pet Goat with pee running down his leg and a deer-in-the-headlights look on his face while al qaeda ruled American airspace unchallenged for over 2 hours on 9-11 would be most appropriate.

I believe that one day his "likeness" will be forever removed from the face of the earth. This will be done by the one (according to bush) "who told him" to invade Iraq, which is God.

Hurray! Bush liberated the people of Afganistan and Iraq. Now we can bring our troops home.

Mt. Rushmore is for Presidents, not clowns who get in by a Supreme Court ruling.

I'm sure they can carve his likeness on a mountain in Mexico.

on second thought, if he gets his way, North Dakota will be part of Mexico.
