I'm no law major so please help me out with this? Can someone please tell me specifically what crimes should President Bush be tried for? Crimes against humanity, war crimes, or civil crimes? Make sure you answer with the law and not emotion or opinion. And please provide the proof not what you think.
You can either be the prosecuter or the defense lawyer here.

Tony has a point about how useless it would be to impeach but, you're still wrong Tony.

Ronin, you give me renewed faith in our higher education system. A professor that isn't indoctrinating for the left.... Wow. Keep it up.

A democratic congress that is extremely critical of Bush and his policies - and yet, despite all of the rhetoric, impeachment is not an issue. Think about it - if there was any credible or valid evidence that could be used to impeach Bush, it would have surfaced a long time ago.
Sorry - it must remain just a pipe dream for the left.

At this point impeachment of Bush is a non-starter. Drag the country through more partisan BS for another 12 months, then put Dick Cheney in the White House for 6 months to do ....God knows what, Bomb Iran? Invade Switzerland?

I think even the most partisan Democrats realize how fool-hardy impeachment would be at this late stage in this lame-duck, bad-news Presidency.

KELLY B--- That is just about the LAMEST site I've ever seen.
It's an ordinary person who is in fact committing the crime of impersonating a legal official.
Look at the first section of the crimes indictments...
You can not use the term "and other crimes" in such a report. They must be 100% spelled out. This is why a very simple, cut and dry legal preceeding will have attached to it thousands of pages of documentation.
It is a very sad testimony to the people who hate one of our greatest presidents.

Here's an easy one for ya Sparky - torture is illegal, not only in the US, but internationally too.

Bush is not above the law because a partisan hack like Limbaugh, Hannity or some other far right idiot says he is.

I'll give you a dollar if you promise to buy a clue with it.

He has committed no crimes, because there is no proof of crime, how can he be convicted?

I think Liberals are just using this because they've been told false rhetoric from the likes of Daily Kos and MoveOn.org

I wish they would give it a rest, he will be gone in 09 and they won't have to worry over it any longer.

Far as I can see, no crimes at all. He hasn't done anything that people like FDR didn't do.
