He also works in construction outside all day long and wondering if the sweat, dirt, urine have anything to do with it, I mean he has no allergies.

Just consider them pimples. There is a medical term for them but they are nothing to worry about. If you would like some peace of mind you could have doctor check him out.

ok it could be alergies one way to find out is to take a benedril..if the rash goes away then its allergies...next how long haev yall been togather it could be a sign of an STD(sexually tranmitted disease) that has lain dorment and has just now started showing signs..like herpes for example...your best bet is to tyr the benedril and get him some medicated powder my husband works as a mechanic and is in the heat and this helps prevent him from getting the rash that yoour husband probably has..good luck

Find out if it bothers him ( itches,burns has a bad smell), men can get yeast infections too from sweat and other foreign entities. It doesn't mean that they are not clean, but like you said he works outdoors, he is going to sweat.

Do they break like blisters and leave open sores which eventually crust over and disappear? If so, it could be herpes. He should get checked.

has he been tested for herpes? or any other STD's?....hopefully it's none of those, but better safe than sorry, as early treatment is better than late..
