in my experience some do and some don't. same goes for all races. like me and my freinds. i work 70 hours a week trying to earn a living but my best freind who is also white is living on welfare now and can barely take care of his kids. it's just because some people weren't raised to know the value of working to take care of your family and yourself. laziness doesn't really apply to ethnicity. although i do agree that black people do have a lot more crap to shovel on their way to the top because of racist idiots out there in the world.

No, not from what I have seen. I do telephone research and this involves a lot of screening and talking to people. Last Spring I phoned and talked with maybe 4000 students about their education.
I found that every oriental student was in higher education. Every Muslim was in higher education. Almost every Indian was in higher education. A LOT of whites were also, it was a stunningly successful year of graduates. However, the rude children, the rude respondents to my questions, the ones who were the "non pursuers" as we called them, were almost all white.

Well, yeah. You see the guys in suits. Businessmen. They forsake pleasure and tolerate alot of crap to make the money. Some of those businessmen are just insane. Try talking to them.
