You probably have a wet nose (on the inside). All the blood flow from sex irritates the nasal lining, mucus flows, you don't notice it until you're done, and then you need more sneezes because you didn't sneeze right away.
Of course, I'm just guessing. You decide if it fits.

Possibly psychological. Possibly a bit of mis-wiring in the peripheral nervous system. Possibly a sympathetic reaction to the whole-body muscular contractions associated with orgasm. The last is most likely.
Almost certainly not a problem, but if other neurological conditions present, consult a neurologist.

you seem to been allergic to your mate or the scent of sex...eew- wee thats got to be tough...try taking a benedril about 30 minutes before sex next time and see how that goes...oh and i am sorry for your troubles but i am laughing my a$$ of at some of the answers you have recieved,,especially the guy that has the farting problem

sneeze? you're lucky,,,I tend to build up gas and often after i orgasm i cut loose with a great big fart,,,,i can't control it when it happens.. so count your blessings, dude..

Probaly because your sensitive after u have an orgasm so your senses are more sensitive than usual
