Creepy Scary Facts About 9 - 11
Follow the steps at the end, this is pretty creepy!
1) New York City has 11 letters
2) Afghanistan has 11 letters.
3) Ramsin Yuseb (The terrorist who threatened to destroy the Twin
Towers in 1993) has 11 letters.
4) George W Bush has 11 letters.
This could be a mere coincidence, but this gets more interesting:
1) New York is the 11th state.
2) The first plane crashing against the Twin Towers was flight number
11.
3) Flight 11 was carrying 92 passengers. 9 + 2 = 11
4) Flight 77 which also hit Twin Towers, was carrying 65 passengers.
6+5 = 11
5) The tragedy was on September 11, or 9/11 as it is now known. 9 + 1+ 1 = 11
6) The date is equal to the US emergency services telephone number 911.
9 + 1 + 1 = 11.
Sheer coincidence..?! Read on and make up your own mind:
1) The total number of victims inside all the hi-jacked planes was 254. >2 + 5 + 4 = 11.
2) September 11 is day number 254 of the calendar year.
Again 2 + 5 + 4 = 11.
3) The Madrid bombing took place on 3/11/2004. 3 + 1 + 1 + 2 + 4 = 11.
4) The tragedy of Madrid happened 911 days after the Twin Towers
incident.
Sheer coincidence..?! Read on and make up your own mind:
4) The tragedy of Madrid happened 911 days after the Twin Towers incident.
Now this is where things get totally eerie:
The most recognised symbol for the US, after the Stars & Stripes, is the Eagle. The following verse is taken from the Quran, the Islamic
holy book:
"For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle. he wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced: for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah and there was peace."
That verse is number 9.11 of the Quran.
Still uncovinced about all of this..?! Try this and see how you feel afterwards, it made my hair stand on end:
Open Microsoft Word and do the following:
1. Type in capitals Q33 NY. This is the flight number of the first
plane to hit one of the Twin Towers.
2. Highlight the Q33 NY.
3. Change the font size to 48.
4. Change the actual font to the WINGDINGS
scary huh??

Chapter 9, Verse 11 of the Koran actually reads:
"9.11": But if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, they are your brethren in faith; and We make the communications clear for a people who know.
And while we're at it...
Bill Clinton has 11 letters
Paris Hilton has 11 letters
Easter Bunny has 11 letters
Maybe they ALL had something to do with it?!

The Koran/Quran part is wrong. See the Snopes entry below.
And other parts are just stupid. "Ramsin Yuseb" -- whose name is usually pronounced something like Ramzi Yousef -- only has 11 letters in English -- "Yousef" can also be transcribed "Yusef", and there are other variations. BTW, he didn't "threaten" to destroy the WTC in 1993, he damn near did it.
The dates thing is ridiculous. "The tragedy was on 9/11. 9 + 1 + 1 = 11." Then later: "The Madrid bombing took place on 3/11/2004. 3 + 1 + 1 + 2 + 4 = 11." Had to incorporate the "2004" to make it work!
Lame.

One problem with both of these explanations is that Microsoft created Wingdings as part of its Windows 3.0 operating system in the late 1980s. The font has remained unchanged since its creation, so even if there was something to this rumor, the font predates the events in question by more than a decade.
Further, the planes that hit the World Trade Center towers were flights 11 and 175. There is not, nor has there never been a flight "Q33NY." In fact, that sequence doesn't fit any valid flight numbering system in use by any airline or airport. Neither is it, as various versions of this chain suggest, the tail number of one of those planes, the highway on which the WTC towers sat nor some reference to a passage in the Koran.

You're a moron.
It's called "post hoc reasoning". There's nothing magical, scary, or special about it.
Besides, the information is completely incorrect.
Flight 11 had 76 passengers, not 92.
Flight 77 did not hit the towers. That was the plane that crashed near the Pentagon and it carried 64 passengers, not 65.
Verse 9:11 of the Quran is not the one cited (no such quotation exists in the Quran). 9:11 acutally can be translated as "But if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor rate, they are your bretheren in faith; and we make the communications clear for a people who know.
Many more errors listed as "facts" in the post. Use critical thinking and check the evidence (i.e. use your brain!) and you'll see that is is nothing but passion rousing innacuracies.

You use the word "facts", I don't think so.
Gullible is probably a more appropriate word.
You've already said in your text that the first plane to hit was Flight 11 later you say it was Q33 NY. Which is it?
The verse above is not found in the Koran (Quran). Depending on which source you consult, verse 9:11 reads more like this:
"But if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, they are your brethren in faith; and We make the communications clear for a people who know."
I'm not going to bother looking for other misleading inconsistencies.

What's to explain? Those are just 5 symbols in wingings. Somebody thought they'd be suggestive arranged that way. In order to arrange those symbols, you just have to type Q33NY, and there you have it.
If you want to, you can make up a lie to go with it, like "Q33NY is one of the flight numbers that hit the Twin Towers". That's just a lie, but it makes it more fun. Kind of like a ghost story is a lie but still fun.

No not scary, fairly old and dumb. It has been around for some time. This is a case of picking and choosing to get results. Why did they pick 11 and not 9? There are thousands and thousands of letter combinations out there so any thing can be matched. And if you take the time to check some of these, there are lies in there - like the number of victims being wrong, etc/.

This is a coincidence only and nothing else. I can't believe there are people out there with nothing better to do then think things like this up.
