The correct spelling is uncouth. .

Definition:

1. awkward, clumsy, or unmannerly: uncouth behavior; an uncouth relative who embarrasses the family.
2. strange and ungraceful in appearance or form.
3. unusual or strange.

"Uncooth" is LACKING IN COMMON SOCIAL GRACES & respect for others.

example of social graces:

'not picking your nose'
'not farting or digging at your ****'
'not talking with your mouth full'
'not using your outside voice inside'
'not being rude and obnoxiously overwhelming'
'not using foul language or referring to body parts'..............
