He may very well be innocent, but the best thing for him to do because of all this commotion is resign, even if he is innocent.

You obviously didn't listen. He said he reached down to the ground to pick up some tissue paper.
Right. That makes sense. Maybe he wanted to practice being a janitor at his new job.
George Soros? Hardly. What your seeing is a media that has lost all sense of purpose because it is now owned by a few corporations and no longer even give lip service to broadcast excellence. Instead they hide the news from people so that don't know what is going on and support politicians who give them less regulation. George Soros! What a joke!

What if we attacked a country for having weapons of mass destruction and we found out they didn't?
What if we attacked a country to keep the world from falling to Communism, got our butts handed to us and the rest of the world did not turn to communism?
What would happen if we support a radical Islam named Bin Laden in a war with Russia and we find out that he really is a radical?
Old saying is "If ifs were fifths, we'd all be drunk right now."
I'm hoping the Minnesota goes after him some more. Part of his plea deal was not to proclaim his innocence. I wonder if this is a violation of those terms and they can lock him up right now?

What does George Soros have to do with anything? Look, if he was actually innocent, he shouldn't have pled guilty, simple as that.

Personally I think Sen. Craig is innocent. I've gone to the restroom a few times not realizing someone's in the other stall and spread my legs, hit his feet. (His legs had to be spread wide also in order for me to touch his feet) The point is the undercover cop over reacted. If he thought the guy was making advances to him he should of let it played out. Then made the arrest. I wonder who trained this cop. There is no way a person should be fired based on that evidence. That man is innocent and thoses crooked, hypocrist republicans know it. How can you hurt this man and family over BS. Same cronies that said let's go to Iraq.

I think he is both intelligent and savvy enough to know better than to plead guilty if he is innocent. I also think that he was foolhardy in a) not seeking counsel before entering such a plea and b) thinking that it would never come out. (no pun intended) If he IS innocent, we'll never know for sure. And he's done that to himself by acting guilty.

Wouldn't it just be the ultimate irony? I really, really hope that he is innocent. Know why? It's good to see someone who used hatred of gays for political gain to be on the receiving end of the suspicion and hate he's fostered.
Couldn't happen to a more deserving guy!

Well I like to believe everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
Like Michael Vick, I don't think he would have entered a guilty plea unless he actually did it.

He had nearly two months to decide what to do.
He pleaded Guilty.
He did so thinking it would make it go away.
If someone decides to go into public office they should now know that NOTHING is secret.
Anything they were or are involved with is fair game in politics!!

If he's innocent, he shouldn't have pled guilty.
It's pretty simple. Most people realize that when you say you've committed a crime, when you wear to it under oath, then people are going to believe that you did it.
So if he didn't do anything wrong, he shouldn't have sworn under oath that he did.
(And for the nitpickers who will say he didn't swear under oath... yes, he did. When you sign a piece of paper to be entered into the court records saying that you are guilty of a crime, you have sworn under oath. It says so right on the forms.)

Why didn't the man refuse to answer any questions until his lawyer was present? He didn't have to plead guilty to anything, he did, now he will have to live with the fall-out! Only he & the cop that arrested him know the truth; both are going to stick with their story.
