I would strongly suggest not using glue as it can be a serious irritant to the skin. Go with duct tape, or maybe some sturdy packaging tape.
That way when you realize that being stuck with a person 100% of the time can really suck, you can just cut it, and escape.

I can tell you from long personal experience that this is a really bad idea. After 30 or so years of living together you are going to look forward to going to work just to have some time away from each other.
