My husband's ex won't pay child support because she claims she doesn't work. She does work. Is it legal to go into Walmart and take a picture of her working and use it in court to prove she has a job?

Why not it proves she works and discredits her in court. Two things one picture. You can get them developed there too.

It is legal if one of these are true. 1. You are outdoors. 2. The employer gives permission. 3. The photographer and you are not on private property. And so what? He took a picture. It has nothing to do with you.

walmart is open to the public, it is not a public place. there is a big legal difference. and you can get into trouble for taking pictures in the store. i worked in a department store 20 so years ago and they called the cops for picture taking inside for a different reason but it stuck and it is stupid thing to get a record for.

Yes you can, but if Walmart folks ask you to leave you better leave. They can charge you with trust passing.
Subpoena the PAYROLL records from Wal-mart, and the state tax records.

Forget the photo. Subpoena the PAYROLL records from Wal-mart. They will prove your case.

It is legal to take pictures of anyone in public. Wal-Mart is open to the public, so yes, you can take pictures of him.
