Why do we forget?

What is the most believed theory as to why humans forget? Also, why do do some people have better memory than others?

we dont! we dont! weeeeee dooooont! our brains remembers everything....its our conscious access to it that we cant control....maybe somethin stored in our mind isnt very powerful...so it doesnt quite convert into a conjugate and usable memory....but its memory that is still there. brains operate on voltage...if a pattern of cells remembers something....it maybe be to small of thought or voltage..so we retain it...but dont remember it consciously....thats what dreams do is sort out all that.
a second theory: the cannabinoid system maintains LTP and erasing a making new memories.....WHich is more down to earth but not quite as intuitionistic.

there is short term memory, and long term memory, the short term memory has to be reinforced at least three times before the brain will transfer the data to long term memory, if this is not done, then short term memory simply drops the memory.
Memory is a learned skill, and it takes practise to make it sharp. The more one works at memory, the better it becomes. The old saying " use it or lose it" is very true when it comes to memory.

There are lots of theories to why we lose our memory and I think each one of us has a certain one.

Forgiveness is well bit I simply forgive and in poor health on no account act the equal round them my mother used to hit ne whilst I was once three and I do not believe her I do some thing in the back of her again so I simply forgive however I additionally overlook!
