You're usually married, he has a decent paying job, you're working and he says "lets make a baby". If any of the above doesn't happen Don't make a baby.
If some guy you're seeing but haven't had sex with says "I want to make a baby with you" that means he wants you to allow him to use you for sex and IF you get pregnant he will dump you as if you had leprosy.

The two of you sit down, discuss the subject like adults and make a decision together about having a child. BEFORE you have a child you both should be old enough to support and raise it on your own, be responsible and understand having a child is hard work.

obviously when he ask's you "Do you wanna have my baby" but make sure he says it with a "now" like " Do you wanna have my baby nowww" because then if he just says " Will youu have my baby" then he could be talking about the future and you wouldnt wanna look stupid...lol
