the enemy is 'radical Islam', that is who the war is against. It is not a religion but an ideology like Nazism, Fascism and Communism.

"But Americans, out of a sense of "political correctness," he believes, are reluctant to ascribe the actions of the terrorists to a religion embraced by more than one billion people worldwide."

Well, after we get nuked by Al Qaeda (with the blessings of Russia and China) martial law will declared, we can get down to business.

1. Declare Islam a cult and then raid the Mosques, because that is where they are hiding their weapons. They are not praying in the Mosques, they are training and teaching Jihad.

2. Then club any liberals that protest #1 until they are in a coma, because their agenda is to destroy the USA at all costs. They are a cancer to this Country, mentally ill and the ENEMY WITHIN....

3. Arrest the known liberal judges and Communist Professors that are brainwashing the youth to be Soviet/Amerikan trash.

4. To the putz that said to enlist? We all will be drafted, WWIII started on 9-11 jackass, it isn't fcking brain surgery that the next stage will be nuclear war....

We are asking people to recognize an enemy that they seem to be addressing as a small portion throughout your answers here. What portion does it take to blow up buildings like the twin towers? What portion should we not worry about?
We are asking the left to believe that there is a real threat, the same people that believe that 911 was an inside job? That believe there are no terrorists? The same people that believe people like Penn and Moore, instead of the troops in Iraq, the men and women that serve?
It only takes one bee to sting! One tornado to destroy, one wrong, "Politically correct move", to offset everything in the wrong direction!

Air Force General Thomas. McInerney is speaking the truth. He has given a new perspective to the situation free societies are dealing with concerning radical Islamists. The most important fact he mentions in this article, is that countries are being infiltrated by Muslims, and Islamics, who appear, and claim to be peaceful people. If that is true, why do polls taken show that 99% of these so called peaceful people are sympathetic to islamic, and Muslim terrorists?
rmagedon, if Liberals can't accept the truth about 9/11, even when they have been PROVEN WRONG by unbiased experts, with proof, what will make you or any other reasonable person think a Liberal will accept this truth about this?

radical or isalmicfacist as the new term refers to it as, is a threat to all people including those who practice Islam. Any philosophy that believes in killing and war for the sake of religion is not a religion. I've always thought that the creator could do his/her own killing.

radical Islam radical Christianity or radical anything that preaches hate and death is an enemy of all mankind

I am fast becoming convinced that those holding out on the all-out condemnation of these ideologies, will never 'wake--up.' And thus will condemn free nations to the terrorism that the ideology embraces.

PC is a term whose fad needs to fade away already.

All faiths and all free nations are being held captive to emotional blackmail, first by terrorists, second by those who condemn correct use of language under the thin guise of compassion.

When we are attacked on our soil enough times that the deniers are in fear themselves. I am convinced that nothing else will do it, as they have their propaganda memorized, stamped in their brains with indelible ink and their minds closed to anything else. They did not hear and can't even begin to comprehend that radical Islam is not a religion. That's the way it is with a lot of answerers. They go to their programming and if it's not on file they either dismiss it or don't even come close to understanding information given them with the question. I am coming to fear that more than the terrorists.

Oh, I think they realize it--but their insatiable need to be "PC" overrides all sense of reality. It is the evil, destructive spirit of Marxism that seals their lips. The liberal mindset always seeks, whether it is good, bad, false or plain evil, to "understand", "negotiate", create their own reality and blame oneself. Their mantra is that you must feel guilty about being American. It's all our fault.

The liberal mentality will allow us to be manipulated, exploited, then transformed into a
fascist blob that negotiates with and understands evil………….or they want us stopped. I
would personally, rather it be us doing the STOPPING!!!

We know not EVERY Muslim is a fanatic, but where are those (99%) Muslims defending their religion from the theives who stole it? If the "Peaceful Muslims" rose up against this blasphemy against Islam--the radicals would disappear. However, their silence is deafening and it kills Americans EVERY DAY they REMAIN silent!

I think there are probably many Democrats who realize that radical Islam is a valid enemy, hence the over-whelming support for the war.

The problem Americans have, in my opinion, is that we don't all have a good grasp of what our nation means by "freedom of religion."

I think it starts with a US Constitutional understanding of what our forefathers meant by separation of church and state and freedom of religion. Sadly, too many have been influenced by the radical left in our nation.

It's simple. Anyone who wants us all dead just for disagreeing with their beliefs, needs to be eliminated. Radical Islam is actively trying to kill us all. If they aren't dealt with then we all lose. I have no idea why the dems don't understand this.

Yes, it is very obvious! The general is right. The Muslims are loyal to their Imams, not any country. A peaceful Muslim is one who has not been ordered to kill yet. It's a cult now.

g -- do you know the meaning of the word 'yet' ?
