No, you do not need to start back at community college. What you do need depends upon what you want to study and what kind of a degree you are looking for. UCLA, for example, would be unlikely to let you in for a second bachelor's degree, since you would be taking the place of someone who has not yet gotten a degree at all, since they are very selective. Other schools may let you do that. I know that one of my business students decided after graduating that she really wanted to get a degree in engineering, so she went to Arizona and got another bachelor's degree. If your grades were good on your first degree, you could go for a graduate degree in some subject matter which does not require a bachelor's degree in the same subject. For example, if you decided that what you really wanted to be was a business librarian, you could get a master's degree in library science to complement your degree in business.

That's possible but you can double major at Fullerton and get two degrees from their. I'm a double major with a minor. For UCLA, you will need to be accepted and its normally to pursue a masters. Get two degrees at Fullerton lots of people are doing it.

You may go to UCLA and say to them that you want nothing, but their diploma. "I graduated in University of NOWHERE, and you must take me!" Again, it is worth trying. But I suppose they will move your a_ss out of the building or make you pay enough to rebuild another UCLA wing before they accept your application. And I wonder why I have hardly seen guys with two college degrees...
