No it doesn't mean that. Its just the draw of the straw. Its not common that women have multi miscarriages. I say get another opinion from another doctor about testing for fertility. Then makes sure you are eating right, not stressing, taking prenatal vitamins and try again. Good Luck

If are able to get pregnant, you are definitely not infertile. I also had two miscarriages and the doctor said that it was just nature's way of natural selection. I think it's a good idea to wait a while before you try again later. Let your body rest and at the meantime maybe you could prepare your body for the next pregnancy say take some tonic or something to strengthen yourself. I heard that taking folic acid before pregnancy will help.

I am not sure if you have to should wait until you have a tird misc \because my doc check after the first, I had 3
and now after treatment I am pregnant 18 weeks
today I see my baby jumping it is a girl ( I was told since I was 15 weeks)
I will seek advise from a different doc since your hus is in the military you must have good insurance so go see a fertility specialist (just to check)
or you might just take a low dosage of progesterone
that will help you to carry the baby to full term
Good luck

well, the good news is that you know that you can atleast GET pregnant. Which is good news. It may be that you have some issues holding the baby. Which is definitely something you should talk to your doctor about. And if she/he wants to wait until a 3rd miscarriage, perhaps you should see another doctor.
good luck! and sticky baby dust to you!!!

I am in the same exact boat, lost both of mine around 5 weeks or so. I just hope the timing was not right for us and my 3 times will be a charm instead of a strike-out. Good luck I know what it feels like.

Trust the doc - this is what they do routinely. Take really good care of yourself -
1] eat well - avoid fried, fast, and junk foods, even diet junk foods
2] take a quality multivitamin with minerals every day
3] drink 1/2 gallon of water every day
4] exercise
a] do 3 sets each of ten reps of pushups, situps, obliques, and crunches every day. Do more as it gets easier, then add light weights [ you need all those muscles for carrying babies,
inside and out! ]
b] do 30-45 minutes of aerobic exercise 3-6x a week. I would alternate between walking, swimming, cycling, so you don't get bored.
5] pray a lot - helps to talk to God
6] think positive!

There could be a number of reasons why you are experiencing this.
Some of it could include problems that you have and some could be problems that he has.
Use your insurance and go to a fertility clinic. NOT an OBGYN.
They can help you figure out the problem as well as the solutions.
Whatever the problem, don't get discouraged because you have plenty of options.
