I twisted the fuel line in my 85 GMC Jimmy 2.8 4*4,do I need to remove the power steering pump to change it?

Or can I rplace it with a soft line? It is throttle body fuel injetion system.

It all depends on which line. The low pressure(return) could have another line made out of tubing & a piece of rubber fuel spliced inline, however if it's the pressure line, then the pump must be removed & the proper pressure line MUST be installed.

you cant use rubber line on that one it will burst on it,you,ll have to remove the pump and replace it,if it was a carbureted engine you could use rubber line on it,but not on fuel injection,it runs to high of pressure on it,good luck with it.
