it doesnt have to be as good, but it cant be terrible

It's a little early yet, so who's fansubbing what hasn't all been sorted out yet. Animekaiten has expressed interest in doing it (that's the only one I can find). They definitely are not notable though. The only release that I can think of them doing are the two episodes of Code Geass (the ones that aired like a month or two later than the rest).
