mexican immagrant conspiracy?

ok so if the us hates immagrants or has problems with mass migrating of mexicans and other kinds of people into the us through the border,why dont they fix the holes in the fence?theyve been theyre for a long time and the governmnet fully aware of this,so why dont they patch the holes?i think its because they can hire cheaper workers

Regardless of any measure the government takes, immigrants will still find ways to get in.
