You would have to buy a burner and put it in your computer. I am betting that right now you have a CD reader only installed. It can not burn CD's.

If you had a cd burner when you bought the machine it would have came with a burner program installed, usually Nero or Sonic.

A CD burner is a writeable CD drive, you cannot fix your problem with just software.

Fortunately CD burners are not terribly expensive. If you are not comfortable opening up your computer, find a friend to help you install it.
