I don't think the brand name or year model of the boat is pertinent, but your hull type is a factor, rotor pitch and size are as well. I'd have to look all that up, but I'm guessing about 40-50 knots max.

60 hp is pretty small for 16 ft. I doubt you get more than 30 mph. with proper prop.

I would say in the region of 50kmh if its fibreglass or 60 -70 if its a tinny.
