bluetooth USB dongle..?

Question

i'm considering buying a bluetooth USB dongle for my cell phone, which already has bluetooth. [the dongle is to plug into your computer so you can make a bluetooth connection with your phone]. it looks similar to a flash drive. here's a picture of the dongle alone.

i know the price range for an adapter is $20 to $30, so i don't want to make a mistake. if you buy one of these USB adapters at.. let's say walmart for example, would it REQUIRE you to install a driver when you plug it in your computer? if it comes with a CD to do so.

also, with this bluetooth USB adapter in my computer, is it capable of sending both pictures AND music files to my phone?

Prices are much less now. Yes, you need to load the driver first before attaching the device. And yes, it can send any file you want to your phone.
