When you go into a bank and nobody smiles, you're next in line, there are 3 tellers and you waited for 5 minutes and when you get to the teller, she would look like she doesn't even see you?

Yes I hate them and avoid going in banks for that reason

Yes I absolutely hate that!! Customer service and general overall politness seems to have really gone downhill these past couple of years.
How hard is it to get a " Hi thank you for waiting" Or "Hi sorry for the wait" or Good Afternoon, what can I help you with"
Every customer should be looked at and politely acknowledged and apologized too if made to wait a long time. Any of my employees would get put through the ringer if they didn't at least acknowledge the customer with some type of greeting.
Customer Service is SO important to me.

Well they see SO many faces per day, they probably just zone out. Plus, it's a BANK. Not exactly the best job in the world. They work in a place where money is deposited and withdrawn like nobody's buisness, yet pay sucks. hahaha

I'd hate it, but I've never had that situation in a bank. Faced it once, at a concession stand, once, though. I had to stand on my toes, to get noticed.

That'd depend upon my mood (am I feeling patient or dissed?) and whether or not I had a few extra seconds to politely confront the teller.
And, by golly, I'm just the one to do it.

I'd find a different bank. I have two different banks and that's not a problem in either one.
