For both. I like to do extra studying outside of school, which I think we all should to improve more, and do better in school. I use to be in art club and we would do art stuff and volunteer around the school, just for fun and extra stuff to do since there's nothing to do after school at home.

Yes. I have done various courses for my job like First Aid, mental health awareness, dangerous behaviour handling.
At the moment I am part of an internet based study group reading and commenting on a Buddhist text called 'Carrying The Wind', which looks at joy and sorrow in everyday life.
