What account? Give us something (anything!) to work with!

Call the institution you are dealing with and have your account information ready so that they can do a security check before releasing your info. If it is a bank account, any teller at the branches would be more than willing to serve you.

For your checking, savings, credit, furniture store loan, Itunes, what? What institution are we talking about?

Try going to their online site and registering. You probably will need to enter some account info, on your last statement, to set it up. Then you can probably check it out whenever you want.

This is a PUBLIC Q & A forum. We have NO CLUE what account you are talking about. Contact customer service for whoever your account is with and ask them.

All you have to do is go to the bank and show them your card, enter your code number and they will tell you. Or it it's a credit card, call the 800 number on your last statement that you received.
