how do you make vinegar...to make and put back..Does anyone know how to make without all chemicals and perservatives

You can make it from wine and from a fermenting agent called "mother-of-vinegar." You can buy it at a wine making store or make it yourself.

Same way you'd make wine, - just let air get to the fermenting juice during the process.
