No kidding he plead guily of disorderly conduct--you can't plead guilty of being gay: its not a crime you twit!
Everytime its spoken of the word 'gay' comes up, not the crime for which he plead guilty to.

The case has gone to court. It's not a matter of 'beating up on a gay person'. When someone's words and voting record say 'anti-gay' while their actions say "I want some of that', it's a matter of hypocrisy. Both parties need to quit the finger-pointing and collectively kick their hypocrites to the curb.

For the 100th time you dumb Cons. People, not just Libs, are criticizing Craig because he was an outspoken anti-gay politician who also would criticize people for their lack in "family values". Now he get's caught trying to give HJ's in a airport restroom. Do you not see the hypocrisy and absurdity in this guy? Let me guess, you're a party liner. Everyone of your views also coincides with O'Reilly and Limbaugh. You probably agree with every single story on Fox News, right? This isn't a party issue, although it does speak volumes as to the amount of anti-gay Republicans who turn out to be closet gays, this is about publicly elected senator soliciting sex in a public restroom. What is wrong with you?

The courts DID decide- right after he admitted his guilty plea. And the Libs aren't beating up on him, they're just snickering at his hypocrisy. It was the GOP who beat on him till he resigned.

Courts will not decide if Craig is gay... Craig is the only one that can come to terms with his own sexuality... That is for Craig and only Craig to figure out for himself.. he's not being charged for being gay

What court? "Innocent until proven guilty"? He already pled guilty.
He was arrested for soliciting sex in a public restroom. gay or not that is sick enough by itself.

The Republicans have cast him to the wolves so don't lay the blame at the feet of the Democrats.

Okay, just so we're clear.... HE IS NOT BEING TRIED FOR BEING GAY. HE WAS CHARGED FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT. HE PLED GUILTY.
Then how can the courts decide if he is gay?
BTW-I was answering this question as it was written. You stated that Craig would be tried for being gay. Thanks for the name calling, very mature of you.
