sharp throbing pain pelvic area?

took clomid cd3-7 and im on cd22. i also have pcos. my cervix is low and closed. could this be pregnancy?

It could possibly be pregnancy or either an ovarian cyst. At this point there's no way to know. Are you having any other pregnancy symptoms?
