This is in CALIFORNIA. I have all the details such as CASE# and everything about the divorce case. My friend does not want to call the lawyer because he is lazy and charges a lot for each call she makes. Can we check the status of her divorce caseonline? Or what is the number to call? This is in California, Solano COUNTY. Pls advise.

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://bitly.im/aNWUZ

Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.

You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

Every state has a government and judicial website. I don't know what is made available in CA but I would assume that a civil judgment of divorce would be public (not the underlying facts or admissions, but the simple fact that a divorce was granted on x-date). It can take a long time. States are generally not in a hurry to do anything except get taxes out of their residents.

The County court information is at the URL below. Call the divorce number and ask the assistant/deputy clerk who answers what you want to know. Have the docket number and names of the parties available. Chances are, you will have to go to the court clerk's office to actually look through the file, unless it is something simple like, "Am I divorced?" Individual case documents are not available online

yes, divorces are public record. You have access to any kind of public record. You can look it up by the case number, but since I live in wa, it may differ by state.

Divorce records are public records; you may obtain a copy of them...but you will probably have to pay a modest fee.

well, i know they publish couples who recently got divorced in newspapers and online but i think the status of the case itself is confidential. the firm should send your friend a mail about the status of the divorce case. :)
