On my right there's the oversize Disneyland coffee cup - which is only used for tea. Beyond that there's the American Heritage dictionary and Roget's II Thesaurus. On my left there's a pad of lime green post-its (they match the coffee cup) in an acrylic holder and my work telephone. Snaking its way across the left desk area is my cord for my headphones. Pretty normal stuff. Directly in front of the monitor, between myself and the screen, is my cell phone, a sheet of paper with work notes on it and a pencil.
