Do you have any outstanding health issues? If not, it should be a breeze. There are hundreds of sites on the internet to find health insurance. Try obvious ones like insurance.com or einsurance.com.

If you do have an outstanding issue, you probably should try talking to an insurance agent. Also get a job you lazy bum (just kidding). Many employers offer health insurance.

Yes. Find out the carrier for your parent's insurance company as a starting point. Plus there are companies that have 6 month policies that can be paid in advance. You will still have a deductible and co-insurance.

Check first with your general practitioner and local hospitals to make sure that they will accept this insurance in case you have a medical emergency and have to use it.

At your age private health insurance should be under $100 a month. Just contact an insurance agent.
