3.375 cm^3 x ((m)/(100 cm))^3

= 3.375 cm^3 x (m^3)/(1,000,000cm^3)

=3.375 x (m^3)/(1,000,000)

=(3.375 x 10 E -6 )m^3

You can't. In general, dimensional analysis is for verifying formulas involving dimensionality of different sorts, which is not the case here: this is simply an example of two measurements of length. Since you know that 100 cm = 1 meter, it must follow that 100 x 100 x 100 cubic centimeters = 1 cubic meter. So, the number of cubic meters (called steres) is 3.375E-6.

Dimensional analysis has nothing to do with this.

How many cm/m?
From that, how many cm^3/m^3?
That last is the factor you need to apply to the original number to get the answer.

3.375 cm^3 * (1 m / 100cm)^3 = 3.375 / (100)^3 = .000003375 m^3

Think. Do you really need dim analysis to do this? How many cm make up 1 meter?
