Who wins WHAT??! Serious , this is like a question in a food category that would ask "Celery vs. burgers vs. Ice Cream..what wins??" The truth is , you're mixing genres in a contest - BUT , Thrash took some cues from Hard Rock , and Grunge was a Punk / Alternative hybrid. My personal opinion puts me in line with Hard Rock , Metal , and some Thrash , ....then again not to confuse anybody , i'm not talking about any type of "Newer" genres...

Not grunge for sure. Grunge spurred up such a mess influentially, and now look at what we have. It's good, but it was the beginning of the end. Or at least one of the beginnings.
Hard rock is technically the more influential. Hard rock predates true heavy metal, and hard rock and heavy metal are often associated. And since heavy metal is my favorite genre, I also like hard rock. Besides, hard rock has blues influence, and you can never go wrong with that.
Thrash metal was influenced by heavy metal. It's basically heavy metal actually, but except with more speed.
I'll say I like hard rock more than thrash metal. Thrash metal is great, but I just don't like it as much. Sometimes the speed doesn't really do much for me. I like the speed of punk rock better.

Hard Rock wins. Grunge Blew their own head off, Thrash is laying over in the corner seizing, so Hard Rock is left standing.

Depends on the band. And your mood.
Personally I prefer thrash most of the time, but Nirvana used to be my favorite band ever and they were definitely grunge.

Hard Rock is for faggotrons.
Thrash Metal - with its speed and dexterity- requires more skill, and sounds better, especially when you're stuck in traffic behind a couple who dress alike, and also have matching road maps.
