...i dont mean a few words by accident. i'm talking the entire answer. what bugs me is yes, its harder to read, and i cant stop myself from reading it with a shouting inner monologue.

i'm no longer one which tests each question for thumbs down. I do, in spite of the undeniable fact that, have a wee nosey at how my solutions are doing and get a wee bit miffed if i'm getting any thumbs down, as i think that I truly have executed my very suited to supply respectable suggestion and think of that some all of us is only out to "play around" on the positioning and don't even examine what has been published!!!

Yes, I hate it. But, there are tons of people out there who leave the lock caps on all the time. They have no idea that it means that they are shouting. My friend JUST got online and started to do that. I told her that it was really annoying to type in all caps and that it signifies yelling/shouting. She didn't know. So, perhaps it's a good idea to have the person become aware of internet etiquette

SOME PEOPLE HAVE BAD EYESIGHT SO THEY USE ALL CAPS. it really doesn't mean that they are yelling. and some people use it to catch peoples attention. Good tactic to get answers.
I don't mind it so much here but when I'm on messenger it does bother me.

Yeah, I just ignore what they have to say because it's not worth my time to read it. I think it's harder to read when it's all in caps.

yeah it bugs me, but not enough that I refuse to read it. To tell you the truth, it bothers me much move when people use improper words like cuz.

I don't mind. Sometimes you don't notice and you finish and don't feel like going back to fix it cause your answers too long
