i don't think it exists anymore. romance takes patience and these days people don't seem to have much of that and people are too easily replaced so they don't even put forth the effort.

Romance seems to be a thing of the past
Our lives seem to go too fast
But you know I think romance is alive and well
It has to be opened again by the right people and the proper sell
I love candles and candy and roses
I would give them to my best girl
To see her light up is a thrill
That is a joy that only a fool would not fill.

I don't miss it because my hubby has to be one of the most romantic men I've ever met. He remembers what I was wearing when we first met 13 years ago. He calls me during the day just to tell me sweet little nothings. He is very good in that department. I'm sure he's not the only person out there with the gene for romance. You just have to hold out, and look harder for it. Believe me, it's worth the wait. *I waited 13 years for it lol*

Sometimes yes. Oh so sad when you have been with someone for so long that it just gets pushed under the rug for everyone to live the day to day life. I will find the time for romance on this long weekend.

You have romance in your blood. Its something you are born with and not something you learn in the way.
Romantic people are always romantic you have to search a lot though to find them and make them express it.
Romance needs 2 romantic persons to reveal.
Do not miss it because i live it everyday

Yes I do miss 'Romance', and I will get it back no matter where I go. It's 'Romance' that keeps 'Love' growing till the end of time.
Cheers :)

Haroula,
it likely left on the macro level when the "feed me now" computer age arrived. I should be doing "romance" instead of "Y!A".

I think it still exists Haroula. I really do.
I see it on couples faces, young and old, on park benches, strolling through our neighborhood, giggling while they walk arm in arm....and in places and locations all around me.
I think sometimes we just fail to see it because we get too busy to look.
