The Day After....
Often when you have a hangover you may have some dehydration..Drink lots and lots of water..A strong cup of coffee helps because the caffeine dilates the blood vessels. Take a cold shower and also put a cool washcloth behind your neck.

After you have had one too many..
To prevent a hangover---no joke---ya need to throw up before all the alcohol is absorbed into your system. If you don't want to do this in public, wait until you get home. If you don't want anyone to hear you turn on the shower or the sink faucet.

It works every time. Less alcohol in system---no hangover. After my brother taught me this, I never had a hangover again

Hangovers are caused by dehydration, BUT dehydration is only one of many factors. That's why when you have a bad hangover, drinking a lot of water helps, but doesn't cure it. Hangovers are also caused by low blood sugar and vitamin deficiency, which gives you that pounding headache and disorientation.

SO, there are two (in my opinion) sure-fire ways to cure a hangover.

1. Take some sort of hangover pill (Chaser, Hangover Stopper) before you go out drinking. But, pills are expensive and you don't necessarily always plan on getting plastered when you do. So...

2. The morning after: PEDIALYTE. I found that the electrolytes in pedialyte cure a hangover fast. It rids the vitamin deficiency, the low blood sugar, and the dehydration all in one.

Remember kids, you don't have to be young enough to suck your mom's teat to benefit from Pedialyte.

I once woke up next to the ugliest, I mean UGLIEST, woman I had ever seen in my life. Never had another drink again, and that's like 12 or so years ago. That was MY hangover cure.

the best hangover cure is one that will make up for all of nutrients taken when alcohol is consumed, so usually something like coke or pure orange juice. this is usually effective when combined with a subway something with plenty of eating involved although i would say avoid onions may cause heart burn

good luck

Puree some raw liver, tripe, eggs, and salad cream. Mix with cold tea or coffee, fill a small glass.

Look at the glass, then decide if you really want another hangover again.

A hangover is actually caused by dehidration.
To prevent dehidrating while you sleep drink a large glass of water before sleep. It does work, unfortunately you are usually to drunk to remember to do it, but if you do remember you will find it really works.
