I don't quite understand. Did you have your very first period in January? Or did you just have one then and not one since? If the answer to the second question is yes then you could be many months pregnant right now and plan B would not do anything but cause birth defects. Please see a doctor soon to find out what is going on. Good luck!!

Uh, if you haven't had your period since January, I'm assuming it would be too late to take plan B. Have you had unprotected sex? If you had been pregnant since then you'd be far enough along to KNOW you were pregnant. Regardless, you need to see a Dr. if you've went this long without a period.

A woman ovulates prior to getting her period, so you could have ovulated and you wouldn;t even know. This is why so many women get pregnant after having ababy. They wait for their period but they have unprotected sex in the meantime, so they get pregnant before their period ever returned. Have you talked to your OB about why you haven't had a period in 7 months? This is something that should be discussed.

Well I'd be more concerned about not having my period since January than being pregnant at this point.

If you only had your period once this year that is not healthy unless you are on BC to make that so. You need to go speak to your pediatrician to get an ob/gyn referral or go to the ob/gyn to talk to them about regulating your period. If you do want to get preg. you could have a hard time with no regularity. Plan B? I would schedule a dr's appmnt.

Dear Friend, Please, please do not take plan b. It can result in an abortion by preventing implantation. If implantation has already occurred it can cause physical harm to the baby. There are many people who will help you. You can get information (such as free pregnancy testing) and support at a pregnancy resource center, which you can find by googling optionline, or call 1800afamily. Take good care of yourself and your baby if you are pregnant. Sincerely, Runner

of-course it's possible...just because your period was wacky and you missed a few months it could have been last month that you ovulated and this month that you should have started but instead you got pregnant and have no period as a result!
you should be on birth control if your having sex and don't want to get pregnant

Are you on any type of birth control? Sometimes birth control can cause you to not have your period. I didn't have my period for 9 months when I was on the depo shot. If you're not on any type of birth control and not having your period, I would go see a gynecologist as there might be a problem.

If you have started menstrating and you have had sex, yes you can get pregnant...but plan B is only an alternative for a very short period after intercourse.

If you had sex, there is a chance you could get pregnant. Take the plan B if you don't think you are already pregnant.

good luck!
