Because they wont to be seen and to have there problems brought out in the open alot of people just answer them so they can get points

Some young boys have no one they feel comfortable talking to about these issues. And if they have been taught not to "touch themselves there" that can cause a lot of insecurities. I do wish they would look at the previously asked questions though!
BTW "we all do it" is not accurate. Most do, but some men (including me) have no desire to masturbate and yet are sexually completely normal with a partner. It is a myth that EVERYBODY masturbates. Most do, but that's not everybody.
