I can tell you where to get a kimono pattern.
http://hgtv.com/hgtv/shows_cds
The search box for the site is at the very bottom of the page. I can't give you a direct link, because it is too long. Carol Duval has a Japanese lady on the program a lot, and she makes paper kimonos. I'm sure if you search, you'll find something you'll like. Try searching for geisha on her site, and you may get lucky.

There are quite a lot of rubber stamps featuring japanese women wearing kimonos and stamps with the open kimonos in various patterns. Look at www.expressstamps.co.uk click on products, rubber stamps the scroll doen in category to oriental. You can stamp these directly on to the card or stamp on a seperate piece, cut out and mount. Colouring is left up to you.
Or 3D My Way decoupage sheet ref 3.4201 has japanese women who can be enhanced using the matching peel offs.
see www.JEJEProdukt.nl (you can specify English)
