A lot of women do that, especially if they don't have casual sex. They'll be active when they are in a strong relationship, than may go inactive for years until the next right guy comes along.
If you're still young, nothing bad happens if you stop. The opening of your vagina may close up a bit so that the next 'first time' can be a little bit painful. That's all. You don't dry up.
For much older women, it's a different story. It does become important to keep the vagina in good working order as hormone levels drop.

The longest I was celibate was for close to 6 years.... I had no problem with dryness when I decided to be come active again. Though I was a whole lot sore when I started having sex again.

Nothing. It will be there should you decide to be sexually active again.. If the sex you had was unprotected.. you may want to check into that. Yes, it can happen the very first time.
More than likely your hymen was broken.. and that will not return.
I wish you well.

Nothing will happen to it, it will always be there and function properly. However, after an extended period of non use it may take a little time to get going again. The saying is use it or lose it, this is not entirely true but it can be more difficult to get properly aroused after an extended period of non use especially as you get older..

Dryness is a symptoms that you are having sexual relationship and your mate is making you mad or angry. And if you don't have any illness too.
I don't think about anything that could go wrong about being clean. Stay like that please till you marry. thank you.

Since losing my virginity, the longest I've gone without is 15 months. The only side effect that I noticed was I tightened up slightly. That's it.

Remember all of those years before you ever had sex? Well, that's what it would be like.
There were years before you ever had sex, right?

Use it or lose it. If you don't use your vagina (or at least play with it once in a while), it will fall off.
