I would definitely go with the Super 8 Motel on
Highway 281 & Nakoma, San Antonio, TX
[phone]. It appears to be the closest and they might have some type of limo service from the hotel to the hospital.

There are hotels on 410 also which might cut you a good deal, but they seem to be a little more expensive than what you need. Sometimes you can check with a apartment search company for a weekly rental and I know there are a lot of apartments in that area.
