I would say he's still breathing and very much alive, at least mindwise...........Would you feel the same way if it were a young guy who looked you up and down and then winked???........Give the old boy credit, coming from him it's more of a compliment than anything else..........CAT

Really depends on the context.
If you are talking about an overtly, disgusting, lecherous old man and there is no way you could have mis-construed the situation, then yuck!! I would feel physically sick.
If he is a harmeless oap with a glint in his eye and a cheeky nature..what's the harm?
