Yes, its sounds like a yeast infection. Do you have a white pastie build up in your vaginal area? If so, it is a yeast infection. The natural way to cure a yeast infection, oddly enough, is to eat yogurt that contains active life yeast. You can eat any flavor and over a 48 hour period eat around a half quart. You do not have to eat in all in one sitting. In 48 hours your yeast infection will be gone or much improved.
To avoid a yeast infection in the future, keep your vaginal area clean, especially after sex. Do NOT use douches. These are harmful to your body because of the chemicals they contain.

If you don't feel comfortable enough going to the Dr. yet, go to the drug store and get a cream in the women's aisle and only the women's isle, made for itchy skin down there, like Vagisil or Monostat. They have them. I've used them. Use it for a couple days, as instructed on the package, and if you don't feel any better, then it would be time to see a Dr.

This sounds a lot like a yeast infection but before trying to self treat I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation to see what they think is going on.

VAGISIL IS GREAT
SOMETIMES .... instead of a yeast infection it can be bacterial... but you need to see a doctor to see if it is
