look on craigslist.
you can find some great running older cars for pretty much,
you could get a 65-66 six cylinder mustang for 5k and less alot of times. it wouldnt be in perfect shape, maybe just needing a paint job and a little interior work, but it would be sure to turn heads!

If you're not finding anything that meets all your expectations, take a look at your expectations.
Decide which ones are needs, which ones are "really want"s and which ones don't really matter. Once you've got everything prioritized, look at the selection. What is available and how does it compare with your list?
